Welcome - what welcome?

I was excited to delve into my Plan it Build it course today, but there was no mentioned welcome video, either on my phone or computer... just the walk around the site... and I can't find the course anywhere. And there's no help at the weekend when I have the time to look into it. So far the Customer Experience you promised is really bad, I'm so sorry. And I've already wasted 45 minutes. I can't imagine my students feeling happy when they sign up if it's like this. Hopefully it will get better. I really hope so. Oh and for info the welcome page where it says create your hub etc. isn't phone friendly and hard to move around.
