Welcome email deliverability not great

We just held a big online conference where people can purchase permanent access, which we host in Searchie. I don't have hard numbers, but we had a LOT of people who never received the Welcome email after purchasing (not in junk/spam, just not delivered). I would guess as much as 10%. I thought you'd want to know that email deliverability can be improved.
