Confirm Email Address Upon Hub Sign Up

Upon signing up, if new audience members had to enter their email address twice to verify the address was typed correctly, it would catch typos that prevent members from accessing the hub, and prevents them from receiving the welcome email. These typos also interfere with future Stripe payments, and tags in ESPs.
