Warn to Prevent Duplicate Uploads

While this might not be a big deal to many Searchie users... I'm using three computers and I'm finding myself constantly having to use the search bar to see if I have already loaded a video that might have been on one of the other machines. Since we already have the feature of replacing videos with the same name... when I'm uploading batches... invariably, I'm re-uploading something with the exact same name -- unnecessarily -- eating up my monthly allotment by mistake. A warning symbol would be greatly appreciated if it's not too hard to do... A few times I've uploaded entire batches of videos that were already in Searchie. My mistake for sure... but it would be a great help to prevent those kinds of mistakes.
