'Video of the day' randomized feature

I would LOVE the option to create a block on the homepage of my Hub that displays a random ‘video of the day’ from a playlist of my choice. For example, I have playlists for different age groups within my hub and I’d love to have a section that has a ‘Play idea of the day’ that would shuffle randomly and choose one video/idea to highlight on the hub page.
