Upload CSV File To Custom Vocabulary

Allow uploading a list of terms to the custom dictionary rather than having to add them one by one. for those of us with more technical or specialized content, a video could have upwards of 30 custom terms. Adding them singly is time consuming and frustrating. I'd like to add them from a spreadsheet or from a Word doc, with commas separating the individual words.
