Toggle Playlist Carousel On/Off

At the moment when you add a playlist to a page, it automatically carousels it so on mobile, the video tiles are tiny. It would be great to have an option to turn the carousel off so that it filtered the videos like a growing library (similar to a playlist page) OR be able to add the page elements to a playlist page.
