Simplify Zap for Removing Audience Tags

Right now, I can only add tags if I use the "Add or Update Audience" option (unless I want to jump through the hoops of first acquiring the audience hash). I can easily add as many tags as I want, but if I want to remove tags, it's all or nothing. In the case of one of my members re-taking an assessment, I want the option to remove the old stage tag and replace it with the new one. I don't want to have to remove any non-stage-related tags in the process.
