Separate Downloads from Attachments

"Attachments" is a bit confusing when looking to download a video (full, audio, or transcript). It would be much more intuitive to have a small download icon next to the settings a la YouTube, etc. Then the "Attachments" menu can be reserved for actual attachments on the video (like guides, extra resources, etc). This would also emphasize there's something additional to the video instead of being a quickly-ignored button because it's always there.
