Send notification if the 'mail host' fails to send an email from the hub?

Mem.io recently updated the email templates feature, and it now requires a custom host to enable template editing. Hub emails (Welcome/magic link, password rest) are sent from the host. That action may be manual, initiated by a member logging in, or part of a zap.

CASE: If, for some reason, the email sending fails please send a notification to the account holder.
eg if the owner of the gmail account associated with mem.io deletes the password for mem.io or if that person’s account is deleted.
