Select Custom Transcript Colour

I work with clients with accessibility needs, and currently there isn't a way to change the color of transcripts during video playback. It's automatically set to the primary brand color inside the hub appearance settings. I don't want to have to make my primary brand color black in order to make my transcripts readable and accessible for my clients.
