Search audience directory by keyword

It would be so handy to be able to search the directory by keyword rather than just name. Include searching attributes or other profile information in the search results. For example, if I'm looking for someone that has a homeschooling membership, it would be amazing to be able to just write that keyword in the search bar of the directory and it pull anyone with that keyword in their audience profile.
