Scroll Memory

Let's say I scroll down a page and then select the media I want to watch. When I click the back button, it snaps to the top of the page again. Then I have to scroll down the page again to get to where I was. This is especially bothersome on a mobile device. Could this be made to pickup on the page where I left off?
