Restrict playlist playability by Audience Segment

I see we have a Scheduling feature on the hub playlists' settings which locks out a playlist until a specific date. It would be most excellent to have an almost identical feature, however instead of locking the playlist until a certain date, it locks the playlist based on an Audience Segment. So for example, using a similar UI to the section visibility options, if we set a playlist to be playable by a certain audience segment then the content will simply remain visible but unplayable to those who are not in that segment, in much the same way scheduled content is visible, but greyed out and not playable until the release date. This would hopefully then extend to the search results, so that content is still searchable, but not playable unless the user is in the correct segment.
