Restrict Contents Appears As "Unavailable"

We would love a way to have sections that are hidden by segment visibility be visible but unavailable to members not included in the segment. User case: A member not included in the segment would see the images in greyscale with the links deactivated so they are unable to view/download the content. This would allow the members not included in the segment to see what they are 'missing out on' by not being in a higher paying membership tier. In our case monthly members are only able to see the 2 most recent Play Packs whilst annual members have access to all of the previous Play Packs.
