Hub Owner Ability to Require Space selection before posting Discussion

In the Discussions feature, allow admin or moderators to have a field that will require the Member to select the Space Name before they are allowed to save their post. Understanding that not every membership would want this, I’d like the ability to turn this on and off at the admin level.

We have members that keep posting everything in General, when they are meaning it for it be in a specific topic.
