Option to disable comment "love" notifications

I have a potentially very active community who love commenting, and liking comments. But they don't enjoy getting notified about loves to their comments. I got 140 from one individual in one day (my audience are kids). Can we have the option to disable notifications for "loves" on comments?

Going further, you may like to add more customisation than this, like users being able to block other users, or flag them as inappropriate. And allow us to chose the frequency of emails with summaries of notifications, etc.
