Module recovery if deleted

A complete module of my classes was deleted tonight from my hub. I was only deleting an older version of one class but the entire module was deleted. I still don't know how that was possible - however there is apparently no current way to recover deleted files. The only option in the help files uses a Chrome extension that no longer has a way to recover files. Searchie also crashed while I began the arduous effort of finding upwards of 40 independent files to upload again.
