Menu scroll and close making navigation a synch

Set up the menu bar to close when scrolling on the PAGE and to scroll down the menu bar to navigate the entire HUB. Right now, the menu bar opens (but you have to hit the x to close) and if you have a lot of pages, it doesn't allow us to scroll down the menu to get to the end of the HUB. The menu bar would be great for navigation if it was scrollable to the end! Also, as another user stated, we need a menu per HUB.
