Make Search Bar Section Fully Customizable

The Search Bar section is the least editable section of them all! I would like it if the "Search Bar" field itself could be added anywhere, so that I can customize exactly where it appears, and format the headlines/subheadlines/paragraphs and spacing under/around it, etc. And of course the height of the section is often problematic as well.
