Make completed videos visually distinguishable

A customer addressed this issue: "Currently, when using the platform, it can be challenging to quickly identify which items have already been completed. To address this issue, I propose the implementation of a visual indicator that clearly distinguishes completed items from those that are pending. Specifically, I suggest that when an item is marked as completed, its visual appearance should be altered in a noticeable way, making it easily identifiable upon subsequent visits to the site." And our team agrees that the videos that are completed should be somehow clearly identified visually - whether in a playlist or any other representation in a hub.
