Make attributes more accessible

We're using attributes instead of a 3rd party quiz for assessment of phases. Right now, changing your own attribute in Settings>Profile>scroll all the way down is WAY TOO CUMBERSOME. At a minimum, I would like to be able to link directly to the attribute change page. (Eg. On a Success Path page, there's a button for "Re-Assess to Change your Phase"... and that button should lead directly to the place where they can reselect an attribute). BEST CASE though would be to totally free up the attributes and make them as universally drag n droppable as a button! It would be SO COOL because we could literally manipulate this in such a way that we could build a "quiz page" to appear exactly how we want it. Even if that's just one single pretty button, that let's them choose a different attribute from the dropdown.
