Magic Link Being Quarantined

Government client firewalls have quarantined 'Magic Link' emails due to the 'suspicious' email address. This has the affect of either denying the ability of a new client or one who has lost their password from being able to login to the course/membership. A possible solution might be allowing the Hub Owner to create the account on the client's behalf, then sending them the password from an alternate email address that doesn't get flagged / quarantined.
