Link to Chapter in Media File

have created chapters and now want to also provide the chapter titles with links to the timestamps in the video in the text underneath. Pretty much as you often see it done in YouTube video descriptions. This could be for internal use only for internal use in my membership, my videos are not set to be able to share in general, nor do I want them to be. Great to have to option to also make it available to a wider public, if wanted.
