Increase Attachment Size Limit to 100MB

Currently these are capped at 20MB - it would be great to have these increased up to 100MB for pro users at least. So many memberships rely on PDFs as part of their deliverables and having to host them externally means they become easily shareable to people who aren’t paid members. Having them uploaded natively into Searchie would keep their links safe.
