Hub formatting for Landing Page Look

When building a Hub "as a webpage" need a way to limit the height of a section so that it is "equal" and the "Find out More" can be clicked on to scroll or display much longer content in just one of four columns... In the attached example... the red box I added is to show the approximate height of the section I'd like to have... with the prompt to see additional "hidden info" being symmetrical and equal looking so it doesn't look the way it does currently. I'm going to write up another request for "Hover Tool Tip type Modal Popups as a potentially quick workaround if this is too involved for a quick Dev Effort. That might be a quick Universal Workaround..
