Hover Tool Tip type Modal Popup (Icon?)

Hub Sections don't have a lot of features yet... so I'm hoping that this feature is something that can be sprinkled liberally everywhere throughout Searchie Hubs. Like maybe an Icon that can be added anywhere that launches the "overlay window of content" For those with limited Geek Speak Vocabularies.... ;-) You've absolutely seen these! Wondering what is modal pop up? A modal is a dialog box/popup window that is displayed on top of the current page. This idea came to me when attempting to build a Hub "as a webpage" and I couldn't (yet) limit the height of a section so that it is "equal" and the "Find out More" can be clicked on to scroll or display much longer content in just one of four columns... In the attached example... the red box I added is to show the approximate height of the section I'd like to have... with the prompt to see additional "hidden info" being symmetrical and equal looking so it doesn't look the way it does currently. A Hover Tool Tip button - for instance in this case - [Find out more] -- would be (I think) a quick to implement feature that could be a nice workaround!
