Generate Chapter Suggestions + Time Stamps

Searchie AI has an area that generates "chapters," but it doesn't appear very good and also requires manually adding them to videos anyway. It would be nice to have more robust and accurate chapter suggestions, and to also have them automatically come with timestamps. This is something every content creator who posts to YouTube, runs a podcast, or has content in a Searchie Hub has to do manually all the time and would be a GAME-CHANGER to have AI do for you.
