File Description To Include Bullets, Numbered Lists, & Checklists

Currently, there's no option in the video description editor to add bullets, numbers, or checklists. I noticed if I paste from somewhere like Word, bullets will pull into the video description (but you can't tell they pulled in from the editor but they do show up on the video play page).
