Use Dynamic Content Data in Segment Conditions

We are offering courses that are available for a defined period of time (like a year). It would be helpful if when we add a hub to an audience member, we could select a time period or end date for that particular person. This thread also refers to using dynamic content data in segment conditions.

The use case being explored in the thread here is the ability to use the upload date of a piece of content inside of a segment. The segment would look something like:

"Audience Registered Date Is Before Content Upload Date"
