Embeddable "Continuously Live PLaylists"

Looking to have a function that would allow me to embed a video player on my site that is constantly playing videos we have in our Searchie library on a loop. Sort of like a 24/7 News station that you could tune into at anytime and there is programming already playing. It could be in the middle of the show, just starting, etc. but there is always something playing from a backend folder of our choosing. This would accomplish a number of things for constant activity of our site as well as a new or returning user knowing that they can either pop into seeing "whats live" and stumble on a show they haven't seen or then move to more On Demand programming.
