Device-Specific Alignment Options

Whilst the alignment of images/ text in certain hub components (e.g Call to Action) works well in desktop mode, when viewed on mobile it looks really messy. It'd be great to be able to set left or right alignment for desktop & tablet, but either a) have alignment set to centre by default for mobile views or b) be able to set it independently of larger screen views.
