DELETE CONTENTS IF MEMBER UNSUSCRIBE

In Spain I know one membership that if one go out from it, when this person come back (for example in 4 months), he/she lose all the contents and have to start again to receive new contents (but not the old ones) What do you think about? Thats good for the ones that pay one month and download the contents.
