Customize Default Swatches Color Picker

Let's get the ability to customize the default swatches in the Color Picker palette. Having the ability to update the swatches to our branding palette would save lots of time spent putting in hex codes, and give peace of mind to designers who want empowering their team members to create on-brand pages with more than two brand colors.
