Custom Drag and Drop for Folder Order

Could you add the option to reorder folders? Some of the folders I use on a daily basis are buried under recent folders that keep piling up. Adding new files is becoming a tedious job as a result. It would help immensely if there was an option to reorder folders and put my favourite ones on top.
