Categorize Hub Pages

Would love to be able to categorize pages, then be able to present those categories in a feed/blog/playlist/scroll format. Our products bundle multiple mediums, video, text, and pdf offerings (per lesson). - Building pages has been fine to present all of these in on place but I want to organize it. - I would love to be able to also tie those page views into a completion tracker as well.
