Cancel Media During Upload/Import

My problem as a user: I couldn't cancel/stop a (mistaken) "add media." I clicked to add media from a zoom meeting and suddenly realized that I had clicked the wrong one. Tried to stop it but couldn't. Tried to delete it but it wouldn't let me. Thanks for your help!
