Bumper Videos and Call To Actions

It would be awesome to be able to add a video bumper to the front and back of videos in a playlist or hub series. So in the same way that it's possible to customize a video tile, it would be cool to be able to add video bumpers to every video in a series. Even if they were uploaded separately but could be applied across a playlist for example.
