Better Visibility for Attachments

When you create a playlist and attach a workbook to it. The only way someone can access that attachment is by going into the playlist page. But what I find most people do, is they just click on the first video in the playlist and start watching the videos. Then when they click on the attachments for that video they only get the transcript and audio. Is there a way to make this more user friendly?
