Apply Achievement if Tag Applied

I'd love to have achievements automatically apply if a member has a specific tag. I imagine this could be set up using Zapier for the time being (but only if you're on a business plan). For example, I always automatically tag my members when they have completed my onboarding assessment. For their completion, I'd like to reward them with the achievement.
