Announcement Bar

It would be awesome if there was an option to add an announcement bar to the top of the hub/homepage. I frequently use this feature in another course platform so that I can announce dates for group coaching calls (with links to join) and/or special promotions and events that are occurring inside the membership. Please forgive me if this is already a feature. I don't currently have access to Hubs but it isn't something that I've seen inside the Tribe Membership hub yet.
