Alter Alignment and Colour of Line Element

Currently the Divider Line element is not centered, nor is it able to be, it seems. Even when I make it full width it still is aligned left. Please make it so that we can choose its alignment. And while we're here, could you please make it so that we can also change the color of the Divider Line? Thank you :)
