Allow Lazyload / Smaller Thumbnail Size for Embedded Content

I noticed embedding a Searchie player video into my Wordpress site is causing slow site speed loads. This is a screenshot of the suggestion on PageSpeed Insights website & it's showing that it takes over 5 seconds for the video thumbnail to load, which is hurting the performance score of my page.
