Allow Custom icon for Achievements

We would like to have a custom graphic/icon for our Achievements that's designed by our Graphic Designer. The current functionality with Text is too restricting and the current options are difficult for us to stay on brand. Please add an upload icon option when we are creating a new Achievement. Thanks!
