Allow additional image format uploads

This seems like a super easy thing to implement. If my image has a .JPG or .JPEG extension, I cannot upload it to my hub. However, if I change it to .jpg (case-sensitive), it uploads fine. This is annoying, because they're nearly identical, and I shouldn't need to do this additional step prior to uploading. I imagine this extends to other image formats as well.
