Adjust Screen Capture Window

When using Searchie extension, it would be helpful to be able to manually adjust the window being recorded. (So not the whole desktop or a particular program but a box I can adjust. Keeping the menu bar out of videos helps minimize visual clutter. I can also stack multiple windows beneath and pull up what I need.)
