Add Title of Media File to Downloads

Easy one... when downloading CSV, SRT or TXT files -- an option to include the actual File Desc Name... I often download 6-7 at a time at once to visually review on paper... and it would be really helpful if an option to print the name of the file as a header on each page -- was available. When I come back 10 minutes later to collect the 30-40 pages... I have "homework" to do to -- sort, find & label the printed pages...
