Add the ability to realign 'per word' time codes in transcriptions

At the moment whenever I correct a transcript the 'per word' timing is immediately lost. This then creates a mountain of extra work in correcting the timing of the transcript. Since my topic uses a lot of terminology from another language (Spanish) I have to correct every transcript so the time saving aspect of searchie is lost for me. The custom vocabulary doesn't help because I can't save words with special characters eg é, ñ and the automatic transcription misses many custom words all together. I do sometimes use another app to create transcripts but when I import to searchie the timing that I set in the SRT file is often lost.
