It is difficult to find information on which audience members are active in their membership/hub, and which have cancelled/deactivated their membership. As far as I know, this can only be filtered on, but when you go into the individual profile and information of a user, there is really nothing there to indicate if they are still active in the hub or not, or if they should still have access to the hub. I believe prior the update I could see a little icon that showed if they had cancelled or were inactive, and this feature seems to be gone. Managing and auditing membership without this is confusing, and I had to reach out to support to clarify this functionality. It seems fundamental to user management to have a clear user status visible when viewing a user profile without added filtering.
