Add achievements to directory "cover

It would be great if users could get a snapshot of the achievements users have earned from the "cover" of the audience directory...without having to delve into that persons profile. Quick snapshot for users to be able to identify who they want to connect with. Would also be awesome to filter based on achievements...again, so people could "sort" through people with the kind of achievement they're seeking then connect with that person. Do I get extra points for my drawing on my example image here? :) :)
